Please read these terms carefully before booking a tour with Vietnam Travel.
1. Booking and Payment A deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance must be paid in full prior to the departure date, as specified by your travel consultant. We accept various payment methods, including bank transfers and major credit cards.
2. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations made by the client must be submitted in writing via email.

Cancellation fees apply and vary depending on the notice period given prior to departure.

If Vietnam Travel is forced to cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather, natural disasters), a full refund or alternative travel dates will be offered.
3. Travel Insurance We strongly recommend that all clients purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering medical expenses, trip cancellations, and lost luggage before embarking on their journey.
4. Itinerary Changes Vietnam Travel reserves the right to modify itineraries, accommodations, or transport arrangements if necessary due to circumstances beyond our control. We will always strive to provide alternatives of an equal or higher standard.
5. Liability Vietnam Travel acts only as an agent for the transportation companies, hotels, and other contractors providing services for your trip. We are not liable for any injury, damage, loss, or delay caused by the actions of these third-party providers.
